Assist. Prof. Ramazan ÇOBAN was born in Aksaray in 1979. He completed his primary and secondary education there. He graduated from the Technical Non-Commissioned Officer Training School (Balıkesir) in 1995. On August 30, 1996, he graduated from the Air Technical Schools Command Aircraft Maintenance School (Gaziemir-Izmir) and was appointed Aircraft Maintenance Non-Commissioned Sergeant. Between 1996 and 2021, he served in various positions in military, technical, administrative, and protocol roles at the 2nd Main Jet Base Command (Çiğli-Izmir), the 1st Main Jet Base Command (Eskişehir), the 7th Main Jet Base Command (Akçadağ-Malatya), and, as part of his NATO mission, at Hamid Karzai International Airport Command (Kabul-Afghanistan). With the 2021 general appointments of the Air Force Command, he was appointed as a lecturer in the Aviation Sciences Department of Non-Commissioned Officer Vocational School at the National Defense University (Gaziemir-Izmir) with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. After teaching five semesters in this position, he retired on February 8, 2024. Subsequently, on February 20, 2024, he was appointed as an Assist. Prof. in the Aviation Management Department of the School of Civil Aviation at Turgut Özal University in Malatya, where he continues to serve. Academically, he completed the Management and Organization program at Anadolu University's Department of Business Administration in 2002 and received his bachelor's degree. He completed his master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Organization at İnönü University's Institute of Social Sciences in 2016 and his doctorate in the same field at the same university in 2020. His research interests include management and organization, organizational behavior, strategic management, aviation management, aviation safety and security, and aircraft maintenance. He has authored nearly 50 academic studies related to his research interests, published and presented in national and international journals, congresses, symposiums, and publishing houses. He teaches various courses, including Airport Management, Management and Organization, Aviation Security, Aircraft Maintenance Management, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and Aviation English, in the Aviation Management Department of the School of Civil Aviation at Malatya Turgut Özal University. Married with two children, Assist. Prof.  Ramazan ÇOBAN speaks fluent English and basic Arabic.

Born in 1977, Dr. Sibel Bilkay graduated from Anadolu University's Faculty of Business Administration in 2002. She received her master's degree in International Relations and Science of Policy from Istanbul Aydın University in 2011 and her doctorate in Business Administration/Management and Organization from Istanbul Arel University in 2020. Assist. Prof. Sibel Bilkay began her career as an Airport Operations Officer at Atatürk Airport in 1996. From 1997 to 2011, she served as Catering Director/Credit Officer and Cashier at the Presidency of Turkish Airlines (THY) and as Ground Operations Director/Passenger Services and Cargo Director/Export Regional Manager at Atatürk Airport. He worked as a Civil Aviation Specialist at Istanbul Aydın University between 2014 and 2015, and as a lecturer and then as an Assist. Prof. at Istanbul Arel University between 2015 and 2020. Since 2020, he has been an Assist. Prof. in the Aviation Management Department at Malatya Turgut Özal University/Civil Aviation School, continuing her academic studies in management and organization. Furthermore, she served as the SHGM's SHY HAD Manager, first at Istanbul Arel University between 2016 and 2020, and since 2020 at Malatya Turgut Özal University, and is one of the SHGM's Authorized Instructors.
